Welcome to Dine Finder ("App"), an application developed by NexRaven Innovations ("we," "us," or "our"). 1. App Description and Use Dine Finder allows users ("you") to search for restaurants. The App may use your device's location services to find nearby restaurants or allow you to manually specify a location. You will be presented with a summary list of restaurants, and you can click on entries to view more details.

2. No Account Required The App does not require user registration or login in free version

3. License to Use the App We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its content (excluding third-party restaurant data), features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of NexRaven Innovations and its licensors.

5. Disclaimers THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. RESTAURANT INFORMATION IS PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES OR PUBLIC SOURCES AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ITS ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS.

6. Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NEXRAVEN INNOVATIONS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE APP.

7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Usage and Technical Data (Anonymous Analytics): _ We automatically collect certain information when you use the App. This information is collected anonymously and is not linked to any directly identifiable personal data as no login is required. This data includes: _ Search queries (e.g., "pizza," "sushi"). _ Interactions with the App's features (e.g., which restaurant details are viewed, filters used). _ Aggregated and anonymized location information (e.g., city-level data for popular search areas). _ Device type, operating system version. _ Network information (via ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE to check connectivity). _ Anonymized device identifiers for analytics aggregation purposes only (e.g., advertising ID if used and resettable by user, or a randomly generated app instance ID). * * The purpose of collecting this anonymous data is solely for internal analytics to understand how our App is used, to improve its functionality, and to enhance user experience.

c. Permissions Requested: _ android.permission.INTERNET: Allows the App to connect to the internet to fetch restaurant listings, map data, and other necessary information. _ android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Allows the App to check if a network connection is available before attempting to fetch data. _ android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION: Allows the App to access your precise location to find nearby restaurants, only with your explicit consent. _ android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: Allows the App to access your approximate location, only with your explicit consent.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the App's core functionality (locating and displaying restaurants).
  • To understand usage patterns and improve the App's features, performance, and user experience through anonymous analytics.
  • To monitor and analyze trends and usage.
